Contestants for Miss Delawarte’s Outstanding Teen were Blue Hen Outstanding Teen Elli Runner Draper, Wilmington Outstanding Teen Gigi Gijanto, Blue Diamond Outstanding Teen Elmily Jer-Don, Diamond State Outstanding Teen Jenna Anger, Newark Outstanding Teen and 2018 Miss Delaware Outstanding Teen Sky Knox, New Castle County Outstanding Teen Jacqueline Means, Hockessin Outstanding Teen Taylor Richardson, Peach Blossom Outstanding Teen Sarah Janney, Ladybug Outstanding Teen Abigail Gilbert and Greenvile Outstanding Teen Emma Scott.
Sky Knox, Miss Newark's Outstanding Teen, was named Miss Delaware's Outstanding Teen 2018 June 15 at the Cape Henlopen High School theater. She will represent Delaware at Miss America's Outstanding Teen in late July, in Orlando, Fla.
Knox won the overall interview award and overall talent award, as well as People's Choice award. Her win secures her over $2,000 in scholarships, as well as well as gifts and services from a variety of sponsors statewide.
Miss Diamond State's Outstanding Teen Jenna Anger was named first runner up. Miss New Castle County's Outstanding Teen Jacqueline Means took the second runner up spot. Miss Blue Diamond's Outstanding Teen Emily Jer-Don was named third runner up. Miss Hockessin's Outstanding Teen Taylor Richardson took fourth runner up.
