As part of the 2017 Sea Witch Festival, the Dewey Business Partnership’s businesses hosted trick or treating and a haunted graveyard on the oceanside beach off Dagsworthy Avenue. From the Exxon on Swedes Street to Mama Maria on McKinley Avenue, the sidewalks of Route 1 in Dewey were lined with kids and kids-at-heart dressed in costume.
