Stephen L. Clemons, devoted NASCAR fan
Stephen L. Clemons, 66, of Seaford, passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He was born in Lewes Dec. 21, 1951. He was the son of the late Asa and Eva Pauline Kerr Clemons. He was also predeceased by his brothers, Larry and Richard Clemons. Also, he has a brother David Clemons who lives in Tennessee.
Mr. Clemons for many years operated his own floor covering installation business. Stephen was a great man. He was a loving father and grandfather. He was a devoted NASCAR fan, enjoyed fishing, tinkering and fixing things, and doing online shopping, but most of all he enjoyed time spent with his family.
He is survived by his children, Lisa, Laurie, Aaron and Mark; and nine grandchildren.
A Celebration of Stephen's Life will be held Saturday, April 14, from noon to 3 p.m., at the VFW Virgil Wilson Post 4961, 9767 Road 535, Seaford.
