Superheroes and storybook characters to appear in Dover March 10

The Ronald McDonald House of Delaware will host a character breakfast featuring princesses, superheroes and storybook characters at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, March 10, at the Delaware Tech Terry Campus in Dover. More than 20 characters will be on hand to entertain children and their families including Tiana, Jasmine, Belle, Cinderella, Ariel, Elsa, Anna, Elena, Moana, Pocahontas, Aurora, Rapunzel, Batman, Captain America, Spider-Man, Red Power Ranger, Superman, Thor, Wonder Woman, a Star Wars Jedi, Darth Vader and a Storm Trooper. Princesses are provided by Pursuit for Peace and Superheroes are provided by Party Princess Productions Wilmington.

Festivities include a buffet breakfast, character parade, arts and crafts, photos with characters and raffles. Tickets are $27.50 for adults and $22 for children ages 2 and over. Proceeds benefit families with seriously or chronically ill or injured children staying at the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware. More than 500 families from Kent and Sussex counties stay at the house each year.
