Surveillance photos released of Long Neck, Angola, Millsboro robberies

Delaware State Police have released photos from recent robberies in the Long Neck, Angola and Millsboro areas and they are asking the public to help identify the robber.

The first robbery happened at 9:51 p.m. April 18 when a man entered the Millsboro Dollar General store at 26012 John J. Williams Highway with a handgun and demanded cash. A clerk handed over an undisclosed amount, and the man fled in an unknown direction. 

On April 23, a man entered the Walgreens at 26191 John J. Williams Highway in Long Neck at about 9 p.m. with a handgun, and he demanded cash. The clerk complied, and the man left with an undisclosed amount of cash.

On May 1, a man entered the Angola Shore Stop at 20701 John J. Williams Highway at 9:40 p.m. He demanded cash but he had no handgun, so the clerk refused to hand over any money, and the man fled south on Camp Arrowhead Road. About 45 minutes later and five miles away on 24851 John J. Williams Highway, a man entered the Dash In with a handgun and demanded cash. He fled with an undisclosed amount.

In all of the incidents, police say, the man is white, about 5-feet-10-inches tall, wearing dark clothing and covering his face.
