Sussex Academy recognizes volunteer Kathleen Leebel of Lewes

In May 2016, Kathleen Leebel chaired her first fundraiser for Sussex Academy. The event was billed as a three-year Triple Crown Kentucky Derby party. During its three-year run, the derby day fundraiser generated more than $57,000 for the school.
Sussex Academy Directors Dr. Patricia Oliphant, Allen Stafford and Janet Owens recently recognized Leebel, a Sussex Academy parent, for her fundraising efforts.
