Republicans for Sussex held their fourth annual Big Tent Event July 9 at American Legion Post 28 on Route 24 in Millsboro. Music, food and fun for the entire family were the order of the day in an old-fashioned picnic atmosphere. The event also raised funds for Republicans for Sussex candidates.

According to Republicans for Sussex, the RFS is a political action committee comprising presidents and other leaders of the Republican clubs in Sussex County. The mission of the RFS is to coordinate efforts to broaden awareness of Republican elected officials and candidates who sincerely and honestly work for the future well-being of their communities.
