Swami Nirmalananda Saraswati to present meditation satsang in Rehoboth Sept. 10

August 26, 2016

Swami Nirmalananda Saraswati, spiritual leader and master teacher of Svaroopa Vidya Ashram in Downingtown, Pa., will hold a free satsang at Rehoboth Beach Yoga from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10.

Satsang is a Sanskrit word meaning "in the company of truth" - made up of sat (truth) and sangha (in the company of). A satsang continues the old yogic tradition sharing the depth and breath of yoga's timeless teachings. A satsang provides a teaching, a period of question and answer, chanting and meditation.

Those who attend will experience deep meditation made easily accessible by one who has devoted her life to spirituality. Nirmalananda will share her incredible knowledge in a personal way through humor as well as her caring presence. Her satsang program includes a discourse as well as group chant and meditation. She makes it easy for those who are new to this approach. Her program is wonderfully deep, supportive and life-changing. She will show the truth of the highest teachings as she guides attendees to the experience of their own divine essence.

Rehoboth Beach Yoga is at 20245 Bay Vista Road, Unit 101, Rehoboth Beach. There is plenty of free parking. Because space is limited, preregistration is required. To register or for more information, email rehoyoga@verizon.net or call 302-226-7646.
