Tailgating packages from Bethany Blues redefine football parties

October 1, 2016

No matter what team fans are rooting for, Bethany Blues wants to help unite football enthusiasts with their tailgating packages. Always looking to innovate their catering, they are rolling out in-home packages for serious barbecue fans who want all the deliciousness of Blues' signature barbecue and sides, with none of the hassle of leaving their flat-screen TVs and beloved recliners.

From epic 30-people platters, to smaller 10-people set-ups meant to accompany what people are already cooking, Bethany Blues is breaking the mold of what football feasting can be like. "We can feed an army, but we can't make you agree on which team to cheer for," says catering chef Dom Pandolfino. When friends can't agree on teams, at least they can unite around a buffet table brimming with smoked meats.

Football season is about more than throwing a pigskin around the field, it's about bringing people together to eat pork ribs doused in Bethany Blues' own house barbecue sauce. It's about tender beef brisket that melts in the mouth and makes friends think their host is a golden god of entertaining.

And let's be honest: by the time Sunday rolls around, people just want to relax. Hosts can leave the cooking to Bethany Blues; they've worked hard all week so they can kick back with a cold one, give the kids a pulled chicken sandwich and enjoy the game.

Grilling up some burgers and dogs? Add on a Gibbs, Ditka or Landry package, with deviled eggs, wings, smoked sausage or crab dip for a well-rounded party. Or go all the way with the Lombardi package, a package so fantastically meaty, guests might just have to do their own celebration dance.

Orders must be placed at least 24 hours ahead of time. With extra time, hosts may even be able to snag delivery, which is based on availability. This is a new way to look at in-home catering, and a new way to enjoy the weekend, Blues style. For more information and to order up some fun, go to www.bethanyblues.com or call 302-644-2500.
