There’s trash and litter everywhere in Sussex

October 31, 2017

What is happening to our beautiful Sussex County? From New Road in Lewes to the back roads in the western part of the county we are seeing trash and litter everywhere on our highways.

I don’t understand people who do not have pride in their own country. At every safe opportunity I pick up the litter I can on the roads.

I would happily pay a small tax increase to subsidize the periodic cleanup of the countryside. And I would like to see the severest of fines for littering in our county.
