CAMP Rehoboth Women’s Fest is kicking off with a pre-concert Friday, April 6, and offering two more days of music and comedy Friday and Saturday, April 13 and 14. Tickets are going fast, but there’s still time to get in on the fun.

Well-known musical performers like Christine Havrilla, Bettenroo, Crys Matthews and Andrea Nardello have shows on tap, along with Julia Scotti of “America’s Got Talent.”

Tickets remain for shows at the Atlantic Sands Hotel Ballroom and CAMP Rehoboth Community Center, but they won’t last long. To purchase music and comedy tickets now, go to www.CAMPrehoboth.com.

First up, in a Women’s Fest kickoff concert, performer Christine Havrilla and friends will present an all-women songwriter showcase at 8 p.m., Friday, April 6, at CAMP Rehoboth. Hosted by Havrilla and featuring Jen Ferguson Smith of Naked Blue and Meredith Rounsley, this in-the-round experience will be up close, personal and unique. The intimate setting of CAMP Rehoboth Community Center provides a listening-room atmosphere where attendees will find the entertainers performing their music and bantering about songs, life, inspiration, experiences, writing and more. Tickets are $17 in advance or $20 at the door.

The popular duo Bettenroo comes next with a show titled Behind the Scenes from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Friday April 13, at the Atlantic Sands Hotel.  Bettenroo is a dynamic, versatile duo with undeniable vocal strength. Lori Jacobs  and Anne Davey’s blended harmony is complemented by the instrumental versatility of guitar, bass and occasional percussion. Bettenroo has an extensive list of tunes, from popular covers across five decades to their own signature originals. Tickets are $10.

Crys Matthews will be on stage at CAMP Rehoboth Community Center at 1 p.m., Friday, April 13. Tickets are $15. Matthews hails from Washington, D.C., and she just released a new album titled “The Imagineers,” with songs about love and life, plus another release, “Battle Hymn for an Army of Lovers,” tackling social justice themes.

Comic Julia Scotti takes the stage from 3 to 4 p.m., April 13, at the Atlantic Sands. She began her career as Rick Scotti in 1980, appearing on Comedy Central. In 2000, she stepped away from comedy to teach and began her transition. She returned to the stage in 2011 and has been named one of the top five transgender comics in the country by The Advocate magazine.

Singer Andrea Nardello will perform from 1 to 2 p.m., Saturday, April 14, at CAMP Rehoboth. Tickets are $15. Nardello’s confessional and literate songwriting style explores relationships, romance and family life.
