Tom Grogan joins Mann & Sons Realty

Mann & Sons Inc. Realtors announced that Sussex County local Tom Grogan has joined the company. Grogan spent his childhood on Long Island, N.Y., but he was raised in Lewes. He graduated from Cape Henlopen High School, excelling in academics, lacrosse and soccer. He continued to play soccer and later played professionally in Sweden before returning home to pursue a career locally.

"I am devoted to giving back to this great community that offers many benefits and unique experiences," said Grogan.

In a successful first year, Grogan has managed over $2 million in volume of sales and rentals. He works with the Heroes Home Advantage Program which assists military, law enforcement, healthcare professionals, first responders and teachers in buying or selling their homes while offering some nice program benefits. Grogan serves on the Rental Affairs Committee. When Grogan is not working, he can be found on the soccer field, playing golf or at home with family and friends.
