Lower School teacher Mandy Lynch teaches her fifth-grade computer class how to construct a device that launches a (decorative) pumpkin. After designing their pumpkin catapults, each team of students launched their pumpkins in the Official Launch Zone hallway to collect distance data and create graphs on the computer. Lower School prekindergarteners trick-or-treated through the halls of Worcester Prep while fifth-graders created their own STEM version of Punkin Chunkin' this Halloween.
