The 2017 True Blue Jazz Festival kicked off with Youth Jazz Appreciation Night Oct. 11 at Bethany Blues. The event featured Cape Henlopen High School Jazz Ensemble and Beacon Middle School Jazz Band, closing with a performance by the Eddie Sherman Show featuring Peggy Raley.
