On Oct. 21 the Rehoboth Beach Planning Commission unanimously ruled that the proposed Beach Walk Development is a major subdivision. This decision will enhance public safety, ground water control, water and sewer, parking, setback and more.
The developer’s plans were to side step all of these issues. Thankfully the Rehoboth Beach Planning Commission stood by the law.
It is great to see Rehoboth Beach city government work at such a high level. The Rehoboth Beach Planning Commission deserves our praise and thanks.
