Village Improvement Association sets Art of Accessorizing Oct. 18

October 13, 2016

The Village Improvement Association is composed of local women who take pride in their community as evidenced by their long-standing tradition of community service and fundraising. One of the VIA's most successful and popular events, Art of Accessorizing, will return for its fourth year from 5:30 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 18, at the VIA Clubhouse. Each year approximately 175 people enjoy the occasion and have clearly made it an evening not to be missed.

The year's event will feature outstanding local merchants Deanna's and Picolino, Coolspring Cottage, Blooming Boutique, Browseabout Books, Water Lily, Simply Dressed, Funky Lady and Village Gift Gallery, which will showcase an array of specially chosen pieces including fabulous scarfs, unique jewelry, seasonal tops, exclusive purses and many other interesting items for purchase to keep or to give.

The event will be held at the VIA Clubhouse at the Boardwalk and Grenoble Place, Rehoboth Beach. Tickets are $10 and include an evening of glamour and style while enjoying a light bite and sipping a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage. Ticket sales to the Art of Accessorizing event are limited and often sell out, so advance purchase is suggested.
