Warner Bros. Animation VP Jay Bastian speaks to Del Tech students

Students from Delaware Technical Community College Communications Program's Introduction to Film class recently spoke to Jay Bastian, senior vice president of animation for Warner Bros. Pictures, via live remote. Bastian, who grew up in Lewes, served as production manager on a variety of films, including "Scooby-Doo," “Batman," “The Flintstones" and "Tom & Jerry."

He produced several television shows, including "Justice League," "Ed, Edd n Eddy" and "Courage the Cowardly Dog." He discussed his life within the film industry, answered students' questions and provided advice for those interested in starting to navigate the film industry.
