Milton officials say water has been restored after a water main break on Lavinia Street June 21 left some town residents without water for several hours.
The break, reported about 9:45 a.m., caused water outages from the Mulberry and Lavinia street intersection to Wagamons West Shore, said Milton Town Manager Kristy Rogers. Town officials reported service was restored shortly before 1:30 p.m.
Officials advise residents to run their water if they notice cloudiness, discoloration or air in the water lines.
