Regardless of whether Republican or Democrat, as American citizens, we need to exert the energy to learn and understand the facts of what the Trump administration is doing.
What is his administration proposing to do to Social Security, Medicare, retirements, and the oversight of banks, hedge funds, financial advisors, and those institutions that gave us the 2008 financial fallout where we, the middle class, suffered greatly financially?
Business is good for America, and we all agree that less government is better government. But history has demonstrated repeatedly and beyond a doubt that banks, big businesses and Wall Street do not care about the average middle- class American, and certainly lack ethics or a moral compass where profits are concerned. We need to watch them.
Challenge those policies and initiatives that may negatively affect us, the middle class. Let's set aside our emotions and politics, and look objectively at the facts. Failure to do so will certainly affect our future.
