Angola By The Bay Boaters’ Group, the Wharf Rats, held its 14th annual Fish Fest Flounder Tournament Aug. 13. Fest Co-Chair Don Neill presented the first-place certificate and prize to Tom Schneider for landing the largest fish. Other winners were Linda Solano, Anthony Damiani and Bruce Benson. Youngster Bradey Scout won the inaugural crab race.
