Why young Americans are dying from the flu

February 16, 2018

I was saddened to read in the Feb. 10 Wall Street Journal that two young mothers had died from the flu. Then, I thought of something nutritionists say: "Americans are the most overfed and least nourished people in the world." Assuming these two busy mothers were relying on processed and fast foods for their meals, one could see one factor undermining their immune systems.

Since they were born in the USA, I am assuming that they and their mothers were not in post-partum quarantine. In pre-WWII Greece, this quarantine lasted 40 days.

By the late 1960s, it had been reduced to three weeks. Now, as in the U.S., it does not exist. The quarantine was imposed because both mother and infant were vulnerable to infection. The mother because her immune system was suppressed, the newborn because his/her system takes a year to develop. Ironically, U.S. ranchers still isolate newborn calves for the same reason.

The young women were probably bottle-fed as babies, thus they did not get the maximum benefit from their mothers' antibodies.

If they were placed in infant day care, their systems had to fight numerous microbes. In 30-plus years, they likely had multiple courses of broad-spectrum antibiotics without probiotics. This unbalanced their intestinal flora, thus dealing another blow to their immune systems, as did anti-inflammatory steroids.

I saw an Italian study comparing the intestinal flora of Italian and African children. At birth, they were similar.

By age 7, however, Italian children had much worse flora, partly thanks to high-sugar diets. Development professionals know that the difference in calories between developed and developing countries is due to fat and sugar. Third World residents typically have shorter life spans because of inadequate food. First World residents develop chronic diseases due to toxic lifestyles, including processed foods.

Vaccines are only as good as the immune systems into which they are injected. A compromised system cannot make adequate antibodies. This is why childhood diseases occur in vaccinated populations. In addition, vaccines come with nasty adjuvants, e.g., aluminum, and preservatives like parabens.

The young women also probably drank chlorinated/fluoridated water and used fluoridated toothpaste. Chlorine acts like a broad-spectrum antibiotic in the gut. Fluorine is one of the most toxic substances on planet Earth. It also facilitates aluminum absorption by the brain.

In short, protocols that assault the immune system from day one are likely to shorten people's life span. Tragically, this is what is happening in the USA. We have the lowest life expectancy among developed nations and it has declined in the past two years. Public health announcements urge people to get screened and vaccinated. Have you heard of a medical authority urging people to boost their immune systems?
