William ‘Billy’ James Clark, a people person
William "Billy" James Clark, 57, of Martinsburg, W.Va., passed away Thursday, March 9, 2017, at his residence. Born Aug. 19, 1959, in Lewes, he was the son of the late William and Norma Faust Clark. He attended Maplewood Baptist Church.
He loved cardboard cutouts of his cartoons, and was a people person who never met a stranger. He loved to attend church and loved people.
He is survived by a brother, Robert Clark and wife Charlotte; three sisters, Betty Lou Edwards, Bonnie Gardiner and husband Jerry, and Barbie Gourley and husband Gary; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be held Sunday, March 26, at 4 p.m., at Maplewood Baptist Church.
