Winnie Talemal joins Berkshire Hathaway Gallo Realty in Bethany

January 7, 2017

The management, agents and staff of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty welcome sales professional Winnie Talemal to their Bethany Beach office. Talemal, a native of Kent County, has lived in Sussex County since 2003. She worked in retail management, then spent 13 years as a site supervisor for state-owned Kent County museums. She was the administrator for the Governor's House in Dover for six years under Gov. Mike Castle. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2006, bringing with her a wealth of experience in customer service.

"We are so happy to welcome Winnie," said Mary Cerami, broker and sales manager of the Bethany Beach office. "She has vast experience in dealing with the public, and this is invaluable. Winnie connects buyers and sellers by listening to their needs and really working with them. She always goes the extra mile!"

Talemal said, "I have learned that I have two character traits that I rely on all the time. They are patience and honesty. I have found that if you are patient and honest in every instance, you can't go wrong!"

She has deep connections with her community. She was the coordinator of volunteers for Delaware Hospice in Sussex County and the coordinator for the Kent County office of Read Aloud Delaware. She now volunteers for both organizations, including Delaware Hospice's Festival of Trees. In addition, she has a certification for second home marketing and is a member of the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce and the Women's Council of Realtors.

The office is at 33292 Coastal Highway in Bethany Beach. For more information, call 302-537-2616, email winatbeach@gmail.com or go to www.GoToGallo.com.
