Worcester Prep holds interactive computer science week

January 19, 2017

In honor of Computer Science Education Week Dec. 5-11, Worcester Prep students in preschool through 12th grade participated in an Hour of Code, a global grassroots campaign that helps children understand the importance of coding and programming. Jennifer Corron's seventh-grade class learned to use two free apps, Lightbot and LEGO Mindstorms Fix Factory, that teach basic commands to introduce kids to coding.
