ASPARAGUS and an ELF Named OLIVE

When an ELF comes to your front door, especially one bearing fresh cut asparagus, accompanied by BOP boys (http://www.capegazette.com/blog-entry/garden-table/104150) and Mom, drop everything and savor the moment! That’s what we did when our former neighbors appeared with the newest member of their family, an elfin sweetheart named Olive! They tend a thriving organic garden on the edge of town that feeds us locals—how lucky can we get?!?

We savored the moment and the ASPARAGUS with baked sweet medallions, garden fresh salad, and dollops of homemade hummus. Amazing!
