Beach Picnic

Everyday’s a beach day at Grandma Camp. Time to collect tubes and towels, shades and sunscreen and most important--food! We filled every nook and cranny of our lunch boxes with whole food favorites: cooked and cooled whole grain pasta with kidney beans straight from the can, home grown veggie sticks to dip in hummus, watermelon and blueberries, and don't forget the oven toasted pita chips (whole grain oil free pita cut in wedges and toasted at 300 for 20 minutes). Let's’ get packing. See you at the Beach!
