BREAKFAST IN PARADISE

Look what greeted us for breakfast this morning--a glorious edible palm tree rooted in local fruit grown on this beautiful Hawaiian garden isle of Kauai. On closer examination fruit merged into floral clusters too amazing to eat. And that was just for starters.

We McDougall Adventurers have been enjoying a feast for the eyes and palate at every meal. Our morning selections have included hot and cold whole grain cereals with a variety of dried fruit and nut toppings, hot miso soup with micro greens, tofu cubes and wakame, breakfast burritos stuffed with mashed beans, avocado, enchilada sauce, hash brown potatoes spiced to perfection and banana-macadamia-nut muffins. All meals are plant-based, SOS (salt-oil-sugar-free) and starch-centered for maximum energy as well as optimal personal and environmental health.

  • Dorothy Greet invites you on a journey to amazing good health and vitality through Plant-Based Eating.

A heart attack turned her life upside down at age 70.

Now, with a Cornell Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition, this retired clergywoman teaches free classes to community groups upon request.
