Today is my lucky day! I get to enjoy lunch with the Junior Board of Bayhealth/Kent General Hospital in Dover, Delaware. Here we are in Connie’s “Kitchen Cafe” cooking up a storm of PLANT-BASED OIL FREE goodness to launch a springtime of healthy eating. On our luncheon menu is Rainbow Slaw with Asian dressing, Sweet Peanut Burgers on Whole Grain Brown Rice with Spicy Sauce from PLANTPURE KITCHEN by Kim Campbell. http://www.capegazette.com/blog-entry/happy-sweet-peanut-burger-day/135965 For dessert, Chocolate Banana Ice Cream sprinkled with Toasted Almonds. http://www.capegazette.com/blog-entry/toasted-almond-fudge-dream-cream/116877#.Wb80-SRuX58.email No meat, no dairy, no oil, no problem!
