PLANTPURE DINING WEEK #5

Carrot cake spiced with flavors of pumpkin pie and topped with Cashew Cream Frosting nourished body and soul at our final PLANTPURE DINING class. Throughout the past 5 weeks we’ve learned how to eat well and be well while eating an abundance of plant-based foods and setting aside all animal products and added oils. Not a single animal suffered for us to enjoy a great variety of delicious foods.
We have learned that our food choices have a tremendous impact on personal and environmental health. To summarize these learnings we viewed the new film FOOD CHOICES produced by Michal Siewierski. For the latest full 13-minute trailer, visit the film's website at foodchoicesmovie.com. While there, you can also read more about the movie and learn about Michal's background.
We invite you to view the entire 91 minute film here
