- Brown 2 pounds ground chuck.
- Drain thoroughly.
- Add 12 ounces of tomato puree.
- Add 1 full packet of T-Rev’s Stiff Willi Chili Texas Chili Mix.
- Stir to combine.
- Stir in 2 cups of water and bring to a full boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 3 minutes, or until chili reaches desired consistency.
