Kelly Sylvester joins business development team at County Bank

County Bank recently announced the addition of Kelly R. Sylvester as the newest member of its business development team.

Sylvester started her 25-year banking career with the Sussex Trust Co. She was a commercial lender for the past eight years, and her financial experience also includes business development at Delaware National Bank and WSFS.

Sylvester graduated from Wilmington College with a BA degree in banking and finance. She has served as a board member of the American Heart Association, delivered Meals on Wheels and is an active member of several chambers of commerce.

“She has a proven track record of developing client relationships by listening to their individual challenges and by providing them with thoughtful solutions,” said David E. Gillan, chairman and CEO of County Bank. “Kelly knows our southern Delaware market and will custom tailor cash flow strategies to meet the needs of our local business owners.”

In addition to consulting directly with business clients, Sylvester will work closely with the branch managers and Clayton Serman, the assistant vice president of County Bank’s Commercial Lending Division. The County Bank commercial lending team makes local decisions servicing business owners throughout the community.
