Michael Martz, loved woodworking

Michael Dennis “Mike” Martz passed away peacefully in his home due to complications from liver cancer in West Ocean City, Md., Monday, Nov. 12, 2012.

He was born July 31, 1943, in Washington, D.C., son of the late Joseph F. and Evelyn T. Martz.

He is survived by his wife Terry; and children Bobby Ferguson, Dana Marie Rose and her husband Kenny, and Angie Principe and her husband Andrew. There are seven grandchildren, Justin, Ashley, Kaulin, Nino, Nick, Sophia and Angelina. Also surviving is a sister, Pat Martz; and many loving in-laws, nieces and nephews.

Mike served in the U.S. Air Force directly from high school. He worked in the printing industry for 40 years, but his true love was woodworking. He loved to fish, cook and watch TV. His true happiness was spending time with his family.
