November 20, 2012

The Possum Point Players have added a Thursday, Dec. 6 performance of their upcoming production of Irving Berlin’s "White Christmas: The Musical." Response from the public has made ticket sales brisk.

"White Christmas: The Musical," directed by Michael J. Murnin of Lewes, is being performed at 8 p.m., Nov. 30, Dec. 1, 6, 7, and 8 and at 2 p.m., Dec. 2 and 9 at Possum Hall in Georgetown. Tickets are $23 for adults, $22 for students and seniors.

Although there are still a number of great seats remaining for most performances, the Sunday matinees are virtually sold out. Tickets are on sale at www.possumpointplayers.org and also by phone at 302-856-4560.

The Possum Point Players urge theatergoers to make ticket reservations as soon as possible to guarantee their seats.

Irving Berlin’s "White Christmas: The Musical" is being produced through special arrangement with R&H Theatricals.

Possum Point Players is supported, in part, by grants from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency dedicated to nurturing and supporting the arts in Delaware, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts.
