Cape cadet wins national JROTC award

Cadet Colby Garbutt recently won the Legion of Merit Bronze Cross of Achievement for his service with Cape Henlopen High School JROTC. He was one of 25 students nationally honored for exemplary academic, military and community service. Colby is the third Cape Henlopen cadet in 19 years to win the award.
