Dewey to discuss FOIA complaint, lawsuit

Dewey Beach Town Council will meet at 2:30 p.m., Friday, Nov. 30, at Dewey Beach Life Saving Station on Dagsworthy Avenue.

Council will hold a closed-door meeting to discuss litigation, including business owner Jason Fruchtman's lawsuit against the town and a response to a Freedom of Information Act complaint filed by Joan Claybrook.

Council will then hold an open meeting to give a brief update on the litigation discussed in executive session.

Milton BoA Nov. 27 meeting cancelled

The Milton Board of Adjustment meeting scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 27, has been cancelled due to a lack of agenda items. For more information, call town hall at 302-684-4110.
