Kenneth ‘Kenny’ McNulty, Phoenix Steel retiree

Kenneth "Kenny" McNulty, 76, of Millsboro, formerly of Georgetown, passed away peacefully Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, at Atlantic Shores Nursing Home. His loving daughter Rose and son-in-law Anthony were by his side.

Kenny was born in Chester, Pa. and retired in the late 1970s from the Phoenix Steel Company. He was a father of five children; grandfather to 10 children; great-grandfather to five children; and uncle and cousin to many. He was preceded in death by his father, mother, stepdad, brother, daughter, granddaughter and a son-in-law.

Kenny's daughter Rose extends her sincere gratitude to the staff of Atlantic Shores and Delaware Hospice for their compassionate care of her father, especially during his ending days.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions in Kenneth's name to the American Heart Association, PO Box 15120, Chicago, IL 60693, or to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312. Other favorite charities are: Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963, St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 202 Edward St., Georgetown, DE 19947, and Home of the Brave, 6632 Sharps Road, Milford, DE 19963.

 

All services were held and private. Arrangements were handled by Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Lewes.
