Coastal Concerts offers holiday ticket special
Coastal Concerts has announced a holiday ticket special that offers tickets for the current season’s three remaining concerts for $75, a savings of $10 over single-ticket purchases. The special guarantees admission to the Feb. 2 matinee with renowned pianist Misha Dichter, the March 2 matinee with the award-winning Jasper String Quartet and the April 20 season finale, an 8 p.m. performance by the REBEL Baroque Ensemble, one of today’s premier period-instrument groups. All performances are at the handicapped-accessible Bethel United Methodist Church Hall at Fourth and Market streets in Lewes.
Tickets are available online at www.coastalconcerts.org or by calling 888-212-6458. The holiday ticket special offer ends Dec. 31, or when any of the three concerts sells out.
In addition to its annual five-program season, Coastal Concerts awards scholarships to musically talented high school students, presents free educational concerts in area schools, and offers free outreach concerts for senior citizens, families and children.
Coastal Concerts is a nonprofit organization promoting classical music appreciation in southern Delaware and surrounding areas. Programs are made possible, in part, by grants from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency dedicated to nurturing and supporting the arts in Delaware, and the Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation, in collaboration with the National Endowment for the Arts.
