Louie F. Bruno III, American Legion member

Louie F. Bruno III, 72, of Cape May, N.J.  and formerly of Lewes, and West Chester, Pa. passed away peacefully Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012.

Born in West Chester, Pa., Louie graduated from West Chester High School, class of 1958.  Louie has been a resident of Cape May since 2008 after moving from Lewes.  Louie honorably served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a member of the American Legion, Millsboro. Louie enjoyed hunting, fishing and motor sports.

Louie will be missed by his family, which includes his two sons, Michael (and Kristy) Bruno and Louie IV (and Heather) Bruno; two grandchildren, Savannah and Alexandra; his sister, Donna (and Harry) Cann; and his brother, John (and Linda) Bruno.

Louie’s memorial service will be held privately.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the American Heart Association or to the American Stroke Association.
