Batter Up! Registration opens for Junior Girls Spring Softball

Registration opens Monday January 7th for Wicomico County's Junior Girls Spring Softball League. Registration will be open through the end of February and after that will be based on availability. The program is open to girls ages 4 - 18 and play begins in May. The league is split into the following divisions:

• Li'l Miss T-Ball: 4-6 year olds
• Ponytail Coach Pitch: 7-9 year olds (9/1/04 - 8/31/06) 
  • 6 year olds may play up if they've had a year of T-Ball
• Pre-Minor: 9 & 10 year olds (9/1/02 - 8/31/04)
  • 8 year olds may play up if they've had a year of Coach Pitch, or already played Pre-Minor last year
• Minor: 12 & under (9/1/00 - 8/31/02)
• Major I: 14 & under (9/1/98 - 8/31/00)
• Major II: 18 & under (9/1/94 - 8/31/98)
  • if girls are still currently high school senior they are eligible to play
