Georgetown woman wins state-level Pocahontas honor

The Delaware Degree of Pocahontas has chosen Patsy McCabe Moore of Georgetown as the 2012 Pocahontas of the Year. Moore has been a member of Anona Council 11 since 1986. She has risen through the local and state chairs and served on numerous committees at both levels. The organization is based on freedom, friendship and charity throughout the state. Moore, left, is shown accepting the award presented by Patricia Rust, a past winner of the honor.
