Long Neck AARP Chapter 4903 learns about fitness after 50

RSVP by Feb. 22 for Feb. 27 meeting on banking

Dr. Ryan Batdorf of Southern Delaware Physical Therapy in Long Neck spoke at the January luncheon meeting of Long Neck AARP Chapter 4903 on Fitness After 50. He showed the audience helpful exercises and gave instruction on how to set goals. He explained the four categories of exercise: endurance, strength, balance and flexibility.

AARP Chapter 4903 will next host a luncheon from noon to 3 p.m., Monday, Feb. 27, at the American Legion at 31768 Legion Road, Millsboro. Assistant Vice President Carmen Windsor of County Bank in Long Neck will speak about banking services including business checking, commercial loans, competitive rates on CDs, mortgages, online banking, personal checking and more.

RSVP is required to Marie at 302-684-8485 by Friday, Feb. 22. The luncheon and presentation cost $12 for chapter members, $12.50 for nonmembers.
