Pennoni promotes Douglas D. Barry, PE, to division manager

Pennoni Associates, an ENR Top 100 engineering, design, and consulting firm with an office in Milton, announces that Douglas D. Barry, PE, has been promoted to land development division manager for the Milton office. He previously served as a senior engineer.

“We have been completely impressed by the professionalism and leadership Doug has displayed in his two years working with our office,” said Office Director Mark Davidson. “He has overseen the completion of several successful projects while maintaining high levels of client service.”

Barry has more than 14 years of experience in land development engineering and is a registered professional engineer in Delaware and Pennsylvania. He has worked on more than 200 land development projects in four different states. Barry’s management responsibilities include contract preparation, contract administration, billing, attending public meetings and new client marketing. His engineering duties include land planning, drainage and grading design, stormwater management design, utility design, roadway design, erosion and sediment control design, construction specification preparation and shop drawing review. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware.
