Adkins-Hazzard engagement announced

Ms. Tammy Adkins of Millsboro is pleased to announce the engagement of her daughter, Brittany Adkins, to Reginald Hazzard, son of Pandora Daniels and the late Anthony "Petey" Hazzard of Slaughter Neck.
Reggie surprised Brittany with the proposal on a beautiful horse and carriage ride at Philadelphia Square in Pennsylvania in November 2012.
The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Sussex Technical High School. She is employed as an IOP therapist with Delaware Guidance Services and is a doctoral student at Wilmington University. The groom-elect is a 2003 graduate of Cape Henlopen High School and is employed in retail management at Tanger Outlets.
The couple is planning a May 2013 wedding in Paris, France.
