Colleen Dutton joins Puttin' on the Ritz Hair Salon

Colleen Dutton of Milton has joined her mother, Helena Pepper, in Pepper's business, Puttin’ on the Ritz Hair Salon, as a cosmetologist. A graduate of Cape Henlopen High School and the Delaware Learning Institute of Cosmetology in Dagsboro, Dutton has extensive experience in hair foiling, manicures and pedicures, and specializes as a makeup artist.

She looks forward to seeing friends, family and new faces at the salon, which is at 626 Mulberry St. in Milton. Dutton can be reached at 302-684-1522 for an appointment.
