The Rehoboth Art League's Young at Art show scheduled for this weekend has been postponed because of a power outage in the main gallery. The culprit is a tree, blown over by nor'easter winds, falling on top of the power line running to the gallery and the education building. SOURCE SUBMITTED

The Young at Art show scheduled for this weekend at the Rehoboth Art League has been postponed due to damage caused by Wednesday's nor'easter storm.

The show has been rescheduled for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., with the awards at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 16.

Executive director Sheila Bravo said high winds caused a tree to fall on the power lines running to the education building and the main office/gallery. In addition to downing the power line, the connections to the two buildings were separated.

The art league is operating with limited staff out of its Children's Studio at the homestead. Bravo said she hopes to have power restored to the buildings by Wednesday, March 13.
