Jolly Trolley kicks off 2013 season

Kicking off its 23rd season, the Jolly Trolley shuttle service between Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach, will operate this weekend, beginning Saturday, March 16, from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.
