Country Life Homes, a second-generation, family-owned business in Milford, recently received the National 2013 Builder of Integrity Award from Quality Builders Warranty Corporation.

Every two years the Builder of Integrity Award is presented to the builder that exhibits technical excellence, ethical practice and financial stability, as well as demonstrates a commitment to excellence in customer service that has gone above and beyond the industry norm.

Michael Fannin, president of Country Life Homes, implemented a 5-Star Customer Care & Warranty Program which further ensures customer satisfaction. “Our field supervisors will settle your home with zero open items,” said Fannin. Each model home in Country Life's three communities - Hearthstone Manor in Milford, River Rock Run in Milton, and Woods Cove in Rehoboth - proudly displays the 2013 Builder of Integrity Award.

The Quality Builders Warranty Program, a national 10-year new home warranty, has been enrolling only builders of the highest skill and integrity into its program since 1985. Its home building members provide a 10-year warranty insured by Liberty Mutual on all homes. Fannin invites the public to tour each of the communities and to stop by any one of their model homes or call him personally at 302-265-2257, and be sure to visit
