Local Merrill Lynch financial advisor recognized among top in Delaware

Merrill Lynch announces that financial advisor Michael Koppenhaver has been nationally recognized among the top advisors in Delaware by Barron’s magazine in its annual America’s Top 1,000 Advisors: State-by-State list, published Feb. 18, based on 2012 information. In total, 293 Merrill Lynch advisors are included on this year’s list, the most advisors for any firm.

Advisors considered for Barron’s America’s Top 1,000 Advisors: State-by-State ranking have a minimum of seven years’ financial services experience and have been employed at their current firms for at least one year. Numerous quantitative and qualitative measures including assets managed, revenue produced and quality of practice determine the financial advisor rankings. Barron’s does not receive compensation from advisors, participating firms and their affiliates, or the media in exchange for rankings.
