In a recent editorial you commented about a wonderful event in Milton on March 10 - the Lucky Leprechaun 5 K. This new event was well attended, lots of fun and followed by a spectacular St Patty’s Parade through town.
However, we want to keep the record straight and give credit where it is due.
Both events were sponsored by the great folks of Irish Eyes Pub and Restaurant in Milton. The Milton Chamber of Commerce was one of the beneficiaries, not a sponsor. We want to thank Charlene and Tom Jones, Jen Orlando, Dana Smith and all of their committee for creating a day that was enjoyed by all - young and old, Irish or not. We want to express our great appreciation.
