Hooray for decision on Stingray's

March 21, 2013

Congratulations to the owners of Stingray restaurant for having the Rehoboth Beach Board of Adjustment's variance denial overturned.

From an outsider's perspective, the original denial of a request for a patio seemed arbitrary.  How could other similar establishments been given the green light for outside areas, yet Stingray be denied?  To me, it raises serious concerns about how the town is run.

Hopefully, Stimgray can get started on their endeavor and be welcoming patrons to their patio during the summer months.  It is one of our top five restaurants in Rehoboth Beach and this addition will surely enhance our dining experience there.
